Birth Doula Services with me include:

  • Recommendations & resources via email for birth prep, reading, knowledge, etc

  • 2 prenatal visits to discuss birth preferences, comfort measures, what to expect, & postpartum planning

  • Continuous labor support in-person, via text, and phone through your labor and delivery

  • 1 postpartum visit to discuss physical healing, emotional support, infant care, breastfeeding, and processing of the birthing experience

  • Availability via text and phone throughout your doula contract

  • 25% discount on my childbirth education classes - Becoming A Parent

I also offer doula services through Birthmark doulas. You can request to work with me, or interview other amazing doulas through Birthmark. Services through birthmark include:

  • 2 prenatal visits

  • Labor support

  • 1 postpartum visist

  • 2 lactation appointments - one prenatal & one postpartum

  • Backup and community support of an amazing birth justice organization

  • Supporting birth justice advocacy

  • Option to add additional childbirth education classes and lactation visits.

  • Insurance coverage and Sliding scale available
