• 2 prenatal visits to discuss birth preferences, comfort measures, what to expect, & postpartum planning

• Continuous labor support in-person, via text, and phone through your labor and delivery

• 1 postpartum visit to discuss physical healing, emotional support, infant care, breastfeeding, and processing of the birthing experience

• Availability via text and phone throughout your doula contract

• Support with position changes to encourage the natural progression of labor

• Physical support for comfort measures and pain management - touch, smell, counter-pressure, etc

• Emotional support to remain calm and confident throughout your labor and delivery

• Educational support to help you think through the array of labor & birthing decisions

• Spiritual support as a witness to this epic life transition
